Q: How do I know if my order was successful?

At the end of the online checkout process, you'll be given an order number which verifies that we've received your order. We also send an order confirmation email to the address you provided when you placed your order. This may take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox.

Q: How do I make payment?

We offer offline payment via online banking or online transfer to our bank account.

Q: Out of stock items

If a product is temporarily out of stock, we'll let you know when we expect it back. For futher information, you can contact us directly by phone/whatsapp/email.

Q: How long does delivery process takes?

For the items that are In Stock, the delivery would usually take 2-5 business days. 

For the items that are Manufacturer in stock, the delivery would usually take 3-7 business days.

For the items that are Pre-order items, the items usually ship within 1-2 weeks depending on stock availability.

Q: How do I track my shipment?

Tracking number will be provided to the customer after the item is shipped out. You can copy and paste the tracking number into the "track shipment" search field on the shipping carrier's website.

Q: Where should I send the item for Warranty or Return purposes?

For Warranty or Return purposes you would ship the item back to:

Q: How do I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately once you have placed an order you will not be able to change the delivery address via your account.

Please ensure you check all details provided before submitting your order to us.
If the order has not been processed, we may be able to amend or change delivery address in some circumstances. Please call us immediately on +082-628 050 or whatsapp us at +6016-889 2050 to see if we can assist you.

Q: I've placed an order online and it looked as though it was processed; yet I haven't received a confirmation email. Why?

We are sorry if you haven't received your confirmation email.
Please ensure we have your correct address on file in the first instance.
If our email address is not in your address book or safe list, it may have been classed as spam mail, meaning that it might not have appeared in your inbox. .
Usually our confirmation emails are sent within a few minutes of an order being placed. However, when our site is very busy, you may have to wait a little bit longer before you receive your email. 

Please note if your email details were entered incorrectly, we are unable to resend them to you for the order these were initially assigned to.
