Refund Policy


We value your satisfaction with our products and services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please note that returns will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.



Please be aware that certain items are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, including food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Straps

  • Instrument Maintenance goods (Oil, Polish, Liquid, Wax)

  • Strings

  • Drumsticks

  • Drumskin

  • Drum Accessories

* Please note that gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will promptly notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.


Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund yet, we kindly ask you to follow these steps:

  • Double-check your bank account to ensure that the refund has not been credited.

  • Contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank, as transaction processing times may vary.


If, after completing these steps, you still have not received your refund, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team at for further assistance.


Sale Items:

Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.



We are happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a faulty item for the same product, kindly email us at, and ship the item to the following address: Zoso Music Office, Unit B-3-7, 3rd Floor, Block B, Canaan Square, Stutong Baru Road, Kampung Stutong Baru, 93350 Kuching, Sarawak.



If the item was marked as a gift during the purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a gift certificate to you via mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.



To initiate a return, please mail the product to Zoso Music, R16-05, Emporis Mall, Taman Sains Selangor, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued at over MYR 300.00, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we want to ensure its safe return to us.
