Pearl PBC512TF Two Face Cajon

Aptly named, the Pearl Two-Face cajon features two different playing surfaces - one made of 3mm Birch, the other a slightly thicker 5mm. What's the difference? A thicker surface means a higher overall pitch, so playing this cajon is sort of like playing two at once. Of course, no matter which side you play you'll get a boomy bass thanks to the ported rear surface, as well as cracking highs from the corners. You can think of one face as 'good', and the other as 'evil', like a certain Batman villain. That's what we would do.
