The AZS2200 is an AZS series solid body electric guitar introduced by Ibanez for 2021. It is produced in Japan by FujiGen. The AZS2200 is among the initial models in the Fender Telecaster-inspired AZS series. The AZS2200 features an alder body bolted to an S-Tech roasted maple neck with an S-Tech roasted maple fingerboard with 22 stainless steel frets, abalone dot position markers, and Luminlay side dots. The A ZS2200 employs a Dyna-MIX5 switching system with an "Alter switch" toggle which allows the user to access five distinct tones. The controls consist of a single volume and tone, a 3-way lever pickup selector and the "Alter" toggle.

To complement the AZS2200's vintage mojo, Ibanez constructed this axe with high-quality tonewoods and enhancements. At its core sits a solid alder body, a trademark wood with a full-bodied tone and great sustain.

In the neck sits a Magic Touch-mini humbucker, balanced across the full spectrum with crystal-clear articulation.
Gotoh T1802 tremolo provides excellent tuning stability
Developed in collaboration with Gotoh, the AZS2200's T1802 bridge features machined titanium saddles and a solid-steel tremolo block, ensuring quick response and amazing articulation. String skipping and hybrid picking are effortless thanks to narrow string spacing.
