It may look humble, but Eurorack experts will tell you that the Behringer CP3A-O oscillator controller is much more than a utilitarian module. At its most basic, it’s a CV router with three control inputs and three frequency control to oscillator outputs, selectable with front-panel switches. The control input signals are summed, and that’s where things get interesting. By combining CVs, you can start crafting incredibly complex waveshapes, from musical undulations to unpredictable modulated chaos. And, by routing the summed signals to multiple oscillators or other CV-controllable modules, the CP3A-O gives you the power to develop synth tones with stunning depth and dimension. As a cherry on top, the C3PA-O includes an attenuator for scaling an external CV signal. Packed into a slim 8HP footprint, the C3PA-O slots nicely into any Eurorack system, and, once you patch it in, you’ll wonder how you lived without it!
